Save the date – Grower of the Year Field Day 2026

The date is set for one of the key events on the cotton calendar – the Australian Cotton Grower of the Year Field Day, to be held on 18 March 2026 at Merrilong Agricultural Company.

Each year, the recipient of the Grower of the Year award hosts this event, giving growers the chance to see firsthand how they manage and operate their farms.

Merrilong Agricultural Company, represented by brothers Jock and Hugh Brownhill and cousins Oscar and Archie Brownhill, will welcome visitors to their property at Spring Ridge.

The day will include a farm tour covering a range of topics, including how an external advisory board supports on-farm decision making, and how succession planning has helped strengthen relationships within the family and their wider team.

More details will be shared in the coming weeks, but for now, mark 18 March 2026 in your calendar as a day not to miss.
