Ritemate Workwear launches Australian cotton range
For the first time, Australian cotton growers will be able to head out to work in workwear made from 100% Australian-grown cotton.
Ritemate Workwear has enjoyed explosive growth in the Australian workwear market in recent years and is excited to launch an all-Australian cotton range this month, under their Ritemate and Pilbara Collection labels.
Cotton Australia's Cotton to Market team has been working with the brand to help them on their journey of using Australian cotton.
Ritemate is a homegrown clothing company that prioritises quality, comfort and fabric performance in its products, so Australian cotton is a natural fit, Ritemate General Manager David Mair said.
“When the idea was originally proposed, we were immediately excited by the opportunity to use high-quality Australian-grown cotton in the production of a select range of Ritemate/Pilbara Collection work shirts,” Mr Mair said.
“Supporting Australian farmers, the related industries and regional Australia is something that we are very passionate about here at Ritemate/Pilbara Collection. As many of our hardworking and loyal clients are located in regional Australia, it makes sense to do all we can to give back and help keep our rural communities strong and prosperous.”
Queenslanders may see the Aussie cotton range on billboards around the Darling Downs and Central Queensland, as part of the brand’s marketing campaign. with the potential for more to come.
