myBMP (Sustainability) Implementation Officer

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a myBMP (Sustainability) Implementation Officer. This position is focused on significantly accelerating the adoption and implementation of myBMP, the Australian cotton industry’s cornerstone Best Management Practice program. myBMP plays a critical role in supporting the industry’s sustainability goals, providing a framework for transparent and traceable environmental performance. The role does require extensive travel within all NSW cotton growing regions.

Regional Manager, Narrabri and surrounds

We’re seeking a motivated, energetic team player for a permanent position supporting cotton growers in the Namoi and Gwydir Valleys.

The role focuses on helping growers adopt and maintain certification under the industry's voluntary sustainability program, myBMP. It also involves introducing growers to Cotton Australia and other key industry organisations, and communicating the work being done on their behalf.

You’ll work closely with local Cotton Grower Associations and water user groups to gather feedback on grower priorities, while also sharing updates on Cotton Australia’s activities. The role includes representing the industry in the region – engaging with stakeholders such as community groups, NRM bodies and local councils – and helping to deliver local events and workshops.

Location: Narrabri or surrounding area.

Regional Manager (Part Time), St George

Cotton Australia is looking for a practical, people-focused person to join our team as Regional Manager for the St George, Dirranbandi and Mungindi region.

This flexible, part-time role (up to two days per week) is ideal for someone with a strong connection to agriculture and rural communities—someone who’s confident building relationships and helping others navigate industry information.

No formal qualifications are required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a solid understanding of local farming, and a genuine interest in supporting the cotton industry.
