Payday Super Webinar: What growers need to know

Cotton Australia will host a webinar on Wednesday 27 May covering hot topics in industrial relations, including upcoming changes to same day super requirements.

The Payday Super Webinar: What growers need to know session will be presented by employment specialist Wayne Schwalbach from Employment Mediation Services. Wayne will provide a clear overview of the new Payday Super obligations, which will come into effect on 1 July 2026. He will cover what these changes mean in practice for employers, and how businesses can prepare for the transition.

The Fair Work Commission's 2026 determinations and the potential implications for cotton growers and their workforce will also be explored during the webinar.

The webinar will include an open Q&A session and is designed to help you stay compliant, understand your responsibilities, and get ahead of changes impacting payroll and employment practices.

The session will be recorded and shared after the event.
