Former CA Chair elected to NFF Board
Well known St George cotton grower Hamish McIntyre has been elected as a Director of the National Farmers Federation on a day when the new President, David Jochinke was announced.
Mr McIntyre served on the Cotton Australia Board for 11 years, three as Chair, and is well positioned to represent the interests of all farmers in the role.
A Victorian grain and livestock producer, Mr Jochinke served as Vice President of the NFF since 2017, and previously served as President of the Victorian Farmers’ Federation from 2016 – 2020. He paid tribute to outgoing President Fiona Simson who steps down after seven years in the role.
