Cotton Australia invites growers and industry to attend the upcoming National Cotton Grower of the Year Field Day to be held on Thursday 12 March, 2015. The event will be hosted at Tim and Sally Watson’s farm (Sunland Agriculture) near Hillston, NSW. The Watsons (pictured) are the recipients of the Monsanto Cotton Grower of the Year Award announced at the 2014 Australian Cotton Industry Awards night.

  • Where: Sunland Agriculture, River Road, Hillston, NSW

Attendees have two options for travel to and from Sunland Agriculture.

  • Option 1: Park vehicle outside the main shed of Sunland Agriculture for 10am start.
  • Option 2: Meet Honi Anderson at 8am outside the Griffith Visitors' Information Centre (Corner of Banna and Jondaryan Avenues, Griffith)
    • Bus departing: 8.30am sharp from Griffith to Sunland Agriculture
    • Bus returning: 4pm from Sunland Agriculture to Griffith


  • Field day: Registration essential for all attendees
  • Transport: At the time of registration, attendees must advise if bus transportation is required from Griffith to Sunland Agriculture and back, as seats are strictly limited
